Blood Lactate Testing
Stop relying on flawed heart-rate formulas or generic online calculators. Come to our Gainesville performance hub for precise blood-lactate testing. We pin down your exact metabolic thresholds (LT1 and LT2) so you can train in the correct zones, optimize fat oxidation, and eliminate training dead-zones.
A blood lactate test measures how your body responds to increasing exercise intensity by analyzing lactate levels in the blood during a progressive workout. As intensity increases, lactate begins to accumulate faster than your body can clear it, helping identify key physiological thresholds and accurate training zones.
